Crew Member Job Description
A Rock Landscaping & Construction Crew Member is expected to work as a team member by assisting other crew members with duties that are needed per customer’s project. Some of those tasks may include, but are not limited to:
Removal of shrubs, and plantings, plant new trees or shrubs, hydroseed or sod installation, trimming and cleaning of residential or commercial properties while using equipment, assist with removal of asphalt or pavers, install pavers, load and haul unwanted debris and other additional duties.

Rock Landscaping & Construction, LLC Crew Member Qualifications
- Must have experience with trimmers, blowers and other hand-held equipment
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Must have reliable transportation to and from our shop and have a CT state driver’s license
- Must be reliable and respectful and work well with others
